Job Motivation Questionnaire

  • Why do some people "fit" your organisation better than others?
  • Why do some people thrive in your culture and others leave?

The CVQ and CVQ Anchor are complementary questionnaires designed to gauge the alignment between an individual's work related values and those endorsed by your organisation.

The CVQ is specifically designed to identify the corporate values that affect an individual's job satisfaction, and the relative importance of these factors to that person. Examples of organisational values may include individual growth, change orientation, leadership and equity.

The CVQ Anchor is designed to identify the corporate values that exist in your organisation and their relative importance. This questionnaire elicits information relating to the same scales as measured by the CVQ but from the organisation's perspective.
