Corporate Values Questionnaire

  • Why do people work?
  • How do we achieve job satisfaction?
  • Why do some people perform better than others?

The JMQ and JMQ Anchor are complementary questionnaires designed to gauge the alignment between those factors of a job the individual finds motivating and the motivational opportunities offered by the job.

The JMQ is designed to identify what factors in a job affect an individual's motivation at work, and the relative importance of these factors for that person. Examples of work motivators include autonomy, mental challenge, business impact and achievement to name a few.

The JMQ Anchor is designed to identify the motivational factors that are present in the target job, and their relative strength. This questionnaire elicits information relating to the same motivational scales as the JMQ but from the perspective of the job.
